Application call in the testing phase of “S.M.I.Le –Sales Management Inter-culture Learning” Erasmus+

Programme in the Field of Vocational Education and Training Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships

This call aims to invite participats for testing, for free, innovative tools for training in the field of Sales. Participants will receive an in-depth insight into state-of-the-art skills and knowledge in the field of Cross Cultural Sales, then will test them in a practical way in the business field giving researchers and companies valuable feedback.

 

The registration is open from 02 Feb to 08 March 2020 (12:00 am). The selected applicants will be provided access to the e-learning platform (S.AGE), with the loaded OERs and the additional tools. The Open Education Materials are about: International marketing, Sales in International market, Data processing and sales projections, Intercultural competence and communication in international markets, International business negotiation

 

Applicants will be included in the on-field experiences:

  1. SMEs check-ups (to acquire an organic and analytical cognitive framework of the commercial performance of SMEs: a list of companies will be provided by the Chambers of Commerce, beneficiaries will select one or more company, subjecting them a questionnaire, collecting and analyse the data and preparing a final report);
  2. movie education labs to realize short films about typical sales situations.

 

At the end of the training experience, expected within 31 July 2020, beneficiaries will receive an attendance certificate and the Open Badge. The aforesaid program may undergo some variation in the dates.

 

According to the project, 40 trainees would be included into three phases:

  • testing the OER (Open educational Resources) and the teaching materials available on the web platform;
  • carrying out Check-Ups in some SMEs to analyse their business processes;
  • participating in the Storytelling Labs, to acquire storytelling techniques and interpreting short films with movie education logics films dedicated to the typical situations of sales processes.

The call for participation is opened for:

    • citizens and/or residing in the 4 EU Partners Countries (IT, PL, EL, BG),
    • not older than 30,
    • first employed/unemployed, enrolled in the relevant employment centres for not less than 6 months,
    • at least secondary level education (responding to EQF 4) in economic subjects (Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business International or similar)

 

In case the applicants are higher in number preference will be given to applicants with:

    • Bachelor in: Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business International or similar) or Master’s Degree in Economics in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business International or similar or Non-economic (Bachelor/master)
    • proof English level comparative to B2 entry level or more, any other language
    • previous documented experiences such as attending Erasmus program (student mobility) or experience abroad

 

Applicants will be informed about selection results in 7 days after the call is closed (15 March 2020).

Any complaint can be placed on 7 days after result communication and will be treated by the academic members of the S.M.I.LE Project
